Needs Analysis

  • The client wanted to broaden employee understanding of technical writing principles and deliverable varieties.

  • Employees needed improvement in technical writing preparation, process, and editing.

Delivery

The client requested the following:

  • A remote, live instructor-led training.

  • Slides shared during the training, as well as provided in advanced.

  • A handout with an outline of the training, a list of learning outcomes, and a list of resources for attendees to keep for future reference.

Response

  • The client was satisfied with the training, and plans to repeat the class.

  • Attendees of the training were polled and gave the class high approval ratings. 82% of participants gave the class a 5/5 rating. 18% of participants rated the class 4/5.
