Needs Analysis

• The client wanted to improve the quality of employee-written content, with an emphasis on reports.

• Employee writing needs to be more factual, accurate, and concise.

Delivery

• The client wants a remote, live instructor-led training.

• The client wants slides shared during the training, as well as provided in advanced.

• The client wants a handout with an outline of the training, a list of learning outcomes, and a list of resources for attendees to keep for future reference.

Response

• The client was satisfied with the end result, and scheduled a repetition of the training in the future.

• Attendees of the training were polled and gave the training an approval rating of 91% in surveys taken afterwards.
